One litre pot. A much divided leaf emerges from each corm in late spring, atop a petiole mottled in colours of pale flesh and deep olive green. When the corm is large enough, produces the foul-smelling inflorescence that is the obvious inspiration for the generic name. This species is easy to grow, hardy for me, is farmed across east Asia for food and, oddly, sponges. What a wierdo!
